La Cumbrecita
La Cumbrecita is a very famous town in Argentina and the Calamuchita Valley. It is a small town in the mountains with a typical European atmosphere. There are many hiking routes with waterfalls making this one of my favorite places. With snow in the winter months you could easily be in Europe.
People like to do some extreme sport here and the most famous is the "Zip line".

La Cumbrecita is 'n baie bekende en pragtige, klein dorpie in die berge sommer naby ons. Dit het 'n tipiese Europese atmosfeer. Hier is verskeie stap roetes van 'n paar uur tot 2 dae! In die winter maande sneeu dit en mens voel amper of jy in Europa is.
"Extreme" sport kan hier gedoen word en die gewildste is die Zip lyn of Flying fox. Dit is vet pret vir die hele gesin.

La Cumbrecita combinando arroyos de montaña y ríos, fauna autóctona, espinillos, molles y pastos bajos, y otros como cipreses, robles, cedros, pinos, nogales, entre otras, le dan a La Cumbrecita un aspecto particular.
Se puede visitar tanto en invierno, donde sus frecuentes nevadas pintan el paisaje debido al clima templado continental característico de la alta montaña, como en verano donde se puede disfrutar no solo de las largas caminatas por recovecos que llevan paso a paso a lugares envidiables por su belleza.
